晩秋 Late autumn


 

暖かな日が続き、紅葉も長く楽しめました松本の秋もいよいよ晩秋。

 

落ち葉掃きの日々が続いております。

干し柿も吊るし終えて、これから野沢菜漬けや冬囲いの準備など冬支度に忙しい日々となります。

お料理も少しずつ冬のメニューに替わって参ります。

 

季節の移ろいを強く感じる日々です。

 

 

As it has been more mild days this autumn, we could enjoy colored leaves a longer period of time. Now, Late autumn is coming.

Just like fireworks are famous common feature in the summer time, there are also special Japanese Autumn features.

For example, making dried persimmons is one of them. They are hanged under the eaves of our entrance now and will be very tender and sweet. Please try one!!

Nozawana is a famous and popular vegetable here. Pickled Nozawana is eaten and loved so much  by locals during winter. Visitors at our Ryokan can taste our Homemade Nozawana Pickle only now !!!

Our other goods of food, begins to change little by litter to the winter version.  We all hope to see you soon !!!
